Q: What's the best way to start the day?
A: Coffee, always.
Q: What are you most looking forward to this year?
A: Going back to Italy and eating the perfect cacio e pepe.

A: Kandinsky at the Guggenheim

A: The Death Star. it seems pretty slick.

A: On Bullshit by Harry G. Frankfurt and Macbeth by you know who.
Q: What risks are worth taking?
A: Any risk that moves the needle, be it professionally or personally. If the end result is worth it, and it is feasible, gotta try.
Q: How has your work evolved over the past few years?
A: I feel that now I think of lighting more in terms of feeling and telling a story, not just having interesting light. I want my light to take you somewhere.
Q: One thing you can't show up to a shoot without - Besides a camera ;)
A: A positive attitude.
